Zoono is the secret ingredient that makes up the PureProtect treatment products.
Zoono has been developed over 40 years by our Chief Scientist, Dr William Peterson Ph.D.
Our original technology was developed to safely control cross contamination in the marine industry and included using the product to control the spread of microbial infections within the confined atmosphere of submarines.
When applied the Zoono product bonds to a surface once dry and attracts microbes to its invisible spikes and safely destroys them by a process known as lyses. These invisible spikes are microscopic but are deadly on germs and bacteria and cannot be washed off not even with solvents or chemicals. They become part of the surface they are applied to.
Only friction or abrasion over time will wear the spikes down so they eventually become less effective. However repeated treatments will enhance the anti-microbial action of the Zoono product.
Our Zoono product is seventh generation providing a tough long lasting anti-microbial protection and is non toxic, non allergenic and totally food safe.
